All JING pieces are handmade in small batches with careful attention to material, form, and detail. Due to the nature of our production process, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at studiojingofficial@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will do our best to resolve the matter appropriately.

 

Natural Variations

Because each piece is made by hand, variations in texture, color, and form are to be expected and are considered part of the design. These variations do not constitute defects.
