Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
JING is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
